Who this is for

Bulk consumers under the E-Waste (Management) Rules 2022: IT companies, factories, banks, hospitals, schools and colleges, government offices and housing societies that need to dispose of electronics and batteries legally and show the paperwork for it.

What we accept

  • IT and office: desktops, laptops, servers, monitors, printers, UPS units, networking gear, phones
  • Consumer electronics: TVs, appliances, audio equipment, chargers and cables
  • Components: PCBs, hard drives, power supplies, motors
  • Batteries: lithium-ion (laptop, EV, storage), lead-acid (UPS, inverter, automotive), nickel-based and alkaline in bulk

How we process it

We collect from your site with an itemised manifest, dismantle at our facility into metals, plastics, glass and PCB fractions, and channelise each fraction to a CPCB-authorised recycler. Storage media are wiped or physically destroyed on request, with a destruction certificate per asset. Batteries are stored and transported under the Battery Waste Management Rules 2022 and handed to authorised battery recyclers.

What you receive

  • Itemised collection manifest at pickup
  • Data destruction certificate (where requested), asset-tag level
  • Recycling certificate traceable to the authorised downstream recycler, usable for your Form 6 filing and ESG reporting
  • Annual disposal summary for audits
FAQ

Common questions

Is there a charge, or do you pay for e-waste?

It depends on the mix. IT hardware and batteries with recoverable value are usually paid for; low-value items like CRT monitors and bulk cables may carry a handling charge. We quote per lot.

Can you wipe our hard drives on site?

Yes. We can do on-site wiping or physical shredding in your presence for sensitive assets, with a certificate per drive.

Do we need to file anything ourselves?

Bulk consumers must maintain records and file annual returns. We give you everything needed for that, and can file on your behalf under our EPR consultancy service.
